	I agree with sparky 100% We are headed down the dead end street of no return. I don't think that we can recover from this. The IO has turned us against ourselves. The brotherhood will never be the same.......

	I agree with what you are saying. Local 481 is organizing twenty non-union members a month when there is four-hundred card holding members on book-1. There are members that have been on the book for nine months. The non-union members get a job handed to them when they walk through the door. Members say that 97% that is on book-1 are members that went through five years of apprenticship, not the ONE YEAR WANDERS!!!
